STEM – A Wine Tasting Event – April 26, 2014
The AFCEA Hawaii Educational Foundation’s (AHEF) inaugural fundraising event was held on April 26, 2014. The well-attended event was a wine tasting and silent auction gala at the Plaza Club in Honolulu. The evening was emceed by GySgt Patrick Tyrrell, USMC (Ret.) and included wine tastings and pupus (appetizers), live music by Brian Chang and Michael Chung, raffles, and a silent auction. Funds raised will be used to fund scholarships and grants awarded to deserving students and educators.
